Yesterday, perfusion for the last pile foundation of the Xiangxi Yangtze River Highway Bridge Project was completed at No.5 bridge pier of the Xiangxi River Bridge at 6:30 on November 4th. Thus, all pile foundation of the two bridges of the Xiangxi Yangtze River Highway Bridge Project have been finished, which means the project has turned into the construction phase of overt structures and the construction procedure has switched to the “fast lane”. 
It is introduced that the Xiangxi Yangtze River Highway Bridge project consists of two bridges, Xiangxi Yangtze River Bridge and Xiangxi River Bridge, with178 piles altogether.
At present, the construction of the pile caps and ground structures of Xiangxi River Bridge had started, and the assembly of abutments, cable cranes and cable towers on both sides of Xiangxi Yangtze River is in progress.
