◎ Project Overview
the comprehensive development of the Wujiagang Yangtze River Bridge and the Aijia Project of the Central Business Center is a major project to build a new pattern of development with "One River, Two Banks", promote the in-depth overall development of the south bank of Yichang, and build a regional business center.
The Project includes the Wujiagang Yangtze Bridge, the Aijia Project of the Central Business Center Ai and the 1st Level Land Development of the Aijia Area.
The Wujiagang Yangtze Bridge is a transportation hub connecting the both banks of the Yangtze River, and it starts at Huaxi Rapid Road the north area and connects with the Three Gorges Highway Trans-passing the Dams at the south. The two-way and six-lane road is 4 km long.
The 1st Level Land Development of Aijia Area has the Yangtze River to its north, the Three Gorges Expressway Trans-passing the Dams to its south, Wanzhou Railway Yangtze River Bridge to its west, with urban construction land about 4200 Mu.
The Aijia Project of the Central Business Center is located at the center of the Aijia Area, covering about 400 Mu, and is an important part of Yichang Central Business Center.
The total investment is about 8.6 billion yuan. The construction of the Wujiagang Yangtze Bridge is about 3.7 billion yuan, and the Aijia Project of the Central Business is about 3.3 billion yuan, and the 1st Level Land Development of Aijia Area is about 1.6 billion yuan.
◎ Cooperation Mode of the Project
The investor invests for the construction of the Wujiagang Yangtze Bridge, the Aijia Project of the Central Business Center Ai and the 1st Level Land Development of the Aijia Area, and the investor has payment of the land transfer of the land of the 1st Level Land Development of the Aijia Area as reward for the investment.
◎ Construction Period of the Project
The Wujiagang Yangtze Bridge is planned to start in 2015, and to be completed in 2017.
The 1st Level Land Development of Aijia Area is to start in 2014, and to be completed in four years.
The Aijia Project of the Central Business Center is to start in 2015, and to be completed in 2017.
