　　The Central Business Center is a regional business and trade service center of western Hubei province and eastern Chongqing City, which can expand the skeleton of Yichang City, improve the urban functions. It also shapes a new image of the modern megacity  as a leading project and  landmark project along the Yangtze River
　　The Riverside project is located at "Yichang New District" in Wujiagang District with Wuyi Square and Yichang East Railway Station to its North, the Yangtze River to its south, a mature large riverside residential area to its west, and the urban trade and logistics area to its east. It enjoys a surrounding with perfect infrastructure, dense population, and superior environment. The Riverside Project is a large urban complex with business offices, a cultural activity center, a cultural square, and noble settlements, with a total land of about 750 Mu and total investment of about 8 billion yuan (including 2 billion Yuan for land consolidation and infrastructure).
　　◎  Cooperation Mode of the Project
　　Land for the project was sold with public bidding, and the cultural center, the cultural square and related facilities are to be invested and constructed by the bid-winner.
　　◎ Construction Period of the Project
　　The construction started in 2013; the cultural center, the cultural square and related facilities are be completed by the end of 2014; and the whole project is to be completed by the end of 2015.
　　

　　2.The Comprehensive Development of the Yichang East Railway Station Project of the Central Business Center
　　◎ Project Overview
　　The Yichang East Railway Station Project of the Central Business Center is a key node project to butt with Wuhan business circle and ignite the development of "Yichang New District", and is also a core project to create a new image of Yichang and a new life of the high-speed railway era.
　　The Yichang East Railway Station Project is located at the core area of the transportation hub connecting with the outside, opposite to the Yichang East Railway Station, Yichang Coach Station and  Terminal across the street and Hanyi (Wuhan - Yichang) Expressway to its south. The Yichang East Railway Station project is a large urban complex with business offices, business services, luxury hotels, and noble settlements. The total landsue of the project is about 360 Mu, with a total investment of about 6 billion yuan.

　　The land for the project was sold with public bidding, and the investor, after winning the bid and land tenure, starts the construction of the project.
　　◎ Construction Period of the Project
　　The project started before August 2013,and the main project is to be capped by the end of 2014, and the whole project is to be completed before August 2015.
