　　It is planned to build Three Gorges Conference Center, Yichang Sports Center, Yichang Three Gorges Medical Center, Educational Research and Development Center and other large regional public facilities, and new Administrative Center, Planning Exhibition Hall, Yichang Municipal Cultural Activity Center (major cultural centers and a grand theatre), Yichang Science and Art Center (new museums, art galleries, science museums) and other urban public service facilities, to become a regional science, education, culture, health care center.
