◎ Project Overview
　　The Yichang Public Service Center Development Project is a core support project of the implementation of expanding towards the east, building a new center, and leading the "Yichang New District".
　　The project is located at the Yichang East Railway Station area of "Yichang New District with the Yichang East Railway Station to the north, the Hanyi (Wuhan - Yichang) Expressway to the south, Huaxi Road to the east (a metropolitan speedway under construction), and the existing built-up area to the west. It faces the Bolin River Wetland Park, with Qiuyutai Ecological Park at its back and the BRT line (to be built soon) around the perimeter.
　　The Project include mainly three core public buildings, namely, the Public Service Center, the Planning Exhibition Hall, and the Museum, besides the public square, commercial office space, luxury residential area, with a total of about 1,000 Mu (15 mu = 1 hectare) of land. The three core public buildings and the public square cover about 700 Mu of land and the building area is about 200,000 square meters; and the supporting land for the development is about 300 Mu.
　　The total investment of the project is about 4.6 billion yuan, of which the Public Service center, the Planning Exhibition Hall, the Museum, and the public square and related facilities account for about 2.1 billion yuan, and the in-depth development investment about 2.5 billion yuan.
　　◎  Cooperation Mode of the Project
　　The investor funds the construction of the Public Service Center, and carries out the in-depth development of the 300 mu matching land and a certain amount of matching commercial development land at other relatively mature area.
　　◎  Construction Period of the Project
　　The comprehensive plan started in 2013. The Planning Exhibition Hall and the Museum are to be completed in 2014, while the Public Service Center and the Public Square and other facilities are to be completed in June 2015.
