The Grand Canyon of Chaibuxi River Tour Site is located in the east of Wufeng Tujia Autonomous County. It consists of a 30km-long and 2km-wide valley, stretching to the Wulingyuan National Park in the south and to the Qingjiang River in the north. The Canyon is a typical and extraordinary Karst landform full of "towers". 

Covering about 60 km2, the Site is made up of various forms of mountains, slopes and so on. It is divided into 6 great scenic resorts with 102 minor spots, in which 22 are particularly attractive. The strange rocks, stagger valleys, mountain creeks, deep caves, clean waters and the comfortable climate together make it a unique resort suitable for all-year-round tourism.
